Beta 2 release of V4.3 COM modules

New beta2 builds of all V4.3 COM modules have been generated - cf. the most recent entry of the revision history.

Upgrade and downgrade functionality have been build into the generalInvoiceRequest430 module.
Please read the compatibility notes.
Furthermore note, that the generalInvoiceRequest430 modules needs the updated lower version V4.1/V4.0 managers to run properly
