All invoiceRequestManagers: new features added

On the occasion of Suva's KIMSA project (cf "Keynote of Suva regarding the new miscValidator100 and the KIMSA project")
the new multi-tariff validator miscValidator100 has been released.
Due to this new validator various new features has been added the invoiceRequestManagers - please see the appropriate revision histories.
The new builds of the request modules are available as installers and/or netUpdate
