The tarmedTPV is an ATL COM module which provides methods to query, and load tax point values (TPV) used for the Tarmed validator.
 
The module is independant from the tarmedValidator since the update frequency is potentially higher and tarmedTPV can not provide tax point values for individual locations yet. Therefore, tarmedTPV can not be integrated transparently into the tarmedValidator module!
