In principle the tax point values (TPV) are choosen from a TPW table based on the canton the service was applied.
However, this table is not available as some TPV are not official yet. Futhermore it might be that some service provider (e.g. certain
hospitals) are using a TPV different from the cantonal one ("Vertragsgemeinschaften").
Since the current V3.00 interface does not allow to set a TPV we applied a patch using the external scaling factors. This patch enables one to
set a TPV from outside effectively making the tarmedValidator a selft declarartion system regrading the TPVs.

As soon as the official TPVs per canton becoming available, we will intergrate these into the database and will maintaine/historize these values over time.
