Description  V1.00/30 Aug 2002  The IPhysioValidator interface handles connections to the physio database. It provides a means to open and close database connections, and set and retrieve general database parameters, such as the database or module versions. A connection to the database must be opened via IPhysioValidator before methods from any of the other interfaces can be used.
