The method "EmergencyInconvience" should be working like the Anasthesia-method.
First you can insert all service records of one session than you will get back all additional Services.
Reason: The "Notfall-Inkonvenienz-Pauschale" will be now generate for every service. So you must discard now the "Pauschale" when it will come back more than one time.Kind regards

At the moment it is not possible to implement this feature due to the TarMed rule library. However, you can implement this feature using some "fuzzy logic" in your own program as you suggested. In the meantime we will handle this as an external decision request, that will be decided by Suva & santésuisse.
